All taggers are a scourge on society. Mayor Daley knows how to treat them with his "Graffiti Blasters". Its still a never ending problem.
Here is what happened to Concorde #2 F-WTSA while it was on display at Paris Orly airport. I am sure that most of France still holds Concorde in high regard and a source of national pride. It will be fun to see what happens to these taggers if they are ever caught.
